Subject matter

  1. These terms and conditions govern exclusively the participation of participants in the competition organized by Lestoprex AG, Kronenstrasse 11, 8735 St. Gallenkappel (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) and the collection and use of data collected from or provided by participants.
  2. By participating in the competition, participants accept these terms and conditions.

Participation

  1. Any person of legal age aged 16 or over is eligible to participate.
  2. Each person may only participate in the competition once.
  3. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Competition procedure

The competition ends on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

Prizes and determination of winners

The winners will be determined after the competition has ended.

Processing

  1. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or in kind, nor can it be exchanged or transferred to other persons. A participant may waive the prize. In this case, the next participant in the winner ranking will take their place, if possible. Otherwise, the prize will be reallocated at random by lottery among the eligible participants. The handover of prizes will be arranged individually with the participants.
  2. Participants will be notified of their prizes promptly by email to the email address provided and asked to confirm receipt.
  3. If the participant does not respond within a reasonable period of time (7 days), the prize may be transferred to another participant. Section 6.1 applies accordingly. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g., invalid email addresses), the organizer is not obliged to search for the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants.

Availability

  1. The organizer points out that the availability and functioning of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organizer.
  2. This may include technical problems, rule changes, or decisions by platforms if the competition is held on or in connection with them.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for errors in the transmission of data, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to and changes to participant data, or technical malfunctions of any kind.

Insofar as the organizer’s liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of the organizer’s employees, representatives, and vicarious agents.

Exclusion from participation

In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (in particular, collective or multiple entries). This is the case, for example, if automatic scripts, hacker tools, Trojans, or viruses are used, or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorized means. Furthermore, providing false personal information or using “fake profiles” may also lead to exclusion. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked and/or reclaimed retrospectively.

Premature termination or cancellation of the competition
The organizer is entitled to cancel, suspend, or change the competition prematurely if unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control arise that make the original implementation difficult or unreasonable for the organizer.
This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized intervention by third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the organizer’s control, and legal violations directly related to the conduct of the competition, in particular manipulative intervention in the course of the competition.
